The new policy from the Board of Health went into effect on June 29 and stores will have 90 days to comply.

Dedham, MA — Sales of drug paraphernalia and flavored tobacco products have been banned in Dedham following complaints towards a new store in town.
The new policy from the Board of Health went into effect on June 29 and stores will have 90 days to comply, according to the Boston Globe.
Health Director Catherine Cardinale said that the new rules were a result of complaints about a smoke shop in East Dedham. Drug paraphernalia includes bongs, roach clips, miniature cocaine spoons, water pipes, scales, ceramic pipes, and kits intended for use in manufacturing controlled substances, according to Cardinale.
