Caffe Nero Opening Dedham Location

DEDHAM, MA — A UK import with an Italian style is making its way to Dedham.

Last week, the selectmen approved a common victualer for Caffe Nero, an Italian coffeehouse that is planning a location at Legacy Place.

Bruce Kidder, the head of construction for the company, told the board that they plan on having 108 indoor seats, 16 outdoor seats, and a variety of coffee and snacks.

"More relaxed atmosphere than anything you have here," Kidder said.

The inside area includes antique chairs, fireplaces, and reclaimed wood, Kidder said.

Dedham will be the 12th location in Massachusetts. The company has over 700 locations worldwide.

Caffe Nero is aiming to hold their grand opening between May 31 and the second week of June.
