Chick-fil-A Planning Dedham Location
The restaurant has the go ahead to open in Dedham.

DEDHAM, MA — Sometime next year, Dedham will get to enjoy a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries.
Thursday night, the selectmen approved the common victualler license for Chick-fil-A, to be located in the parking lot of Ocean State Job Lot on Route 1.
Representatives for the fast food restaurant said there will be 136 indoor seats and a seating area outside for 16. Building construction is expected to take six to eight months.

The new restaurant is part of the chain’s Massachusetts expansion. The Georgia-based chain currently has locations in Burlington, Peabody, Framingham, Westborough, and Chicopee. A Hyannis location is also planned.
No open date is set but when it’s ready, Chick-fil-A will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
