Community Drive-Thru Flu Clinic On October 21 In Dedham

The flu clinic will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, outside the Dedham Middle School.

Registration is required.

Please call (781) 292-0340 to schedule an appointment.

After you schedule an appointment, you will need to fill out the 2020-2021 Flu Insurance Form, which registrants can complete online. One insurance form is required for each individual who will be receiving a flu vaccine at the clinic.

If you come to clinic without completing the 2020-2021 Flu Insurance Form for every scheduled participant, you will be asked to reschedule for another time. Only those in the vehicle with an appointment and insurance form completed online will receive a flu vaccine.
