All jokes aside, there are lots of great games to watch, and great games demand great locations. The College Football Playoff is here, and only the four best teams make the dance. Therefore, here’s a rundown of four places in Dedham that can satisfy your football cravings:
- Kings Dedham, 600 Legacy Place: Yelp reviewer Freddy R. of Boston writes: “A night bowling here is great, but it is excellent to watch a big game. They usually have the volume for a big game cranked, and the TVs are awesome. Also have to say the food is really good too. The lollipop buffalo wings are amazing, as were many of the other apps our table shared. Good pizza too. Top spot to watch sports, eat comfort food, and drink beer.”
- Yard House, 200 Legacy Place: Yelp reviewer Ama R. of Boston writes: “Yard House at Legacy is one of my favorites (a million times better than their Fenway location). Great vegetarian selection. I would HIGHLY recommend the firecracker gardien wings, the hummus plate, and the gardien chicken and avocado sandwich. They have a very large beer selection but I don’t drink beer so can’t speak to it but the skinny lemon drop martinis are very good. I would never suggest going on a weekend night because the wait is usually a hour and a half, but during weekday night or for lunch it is a great spot.”
- The Village Manor, 427 Sprague Street: Yelp reviewer Andy H. writes: “First time there. Wasnt expecting much looking from the outside. Now however, I’m happy to know that theres a decent local pub within walking distance of my house. Showed up to watch some football, drink some cheap beer and have a burger.”
- The Met Bar and Grill, 400 Legacy Place: Yelp reviewer A M. writes: “They have extensive options in burgers, which is great! You also have the option to customize your own, so if you’re feeling adventurous give it a try. Portions are very filling service was great and ambiance is relaxing.”
