Dedham and Needham Partner on Community Health Event

The Residences at Wingate, Needham’s only 5-star senior living community, is hosting a free event for the community that is designed to help Needham area residents get back on track. Hosted by Stacy’s Juicebar, BYP Yoga and Lucy Activewear, the event is on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 from 4–7 p.m.

Fall Into Fitness will offer classes, healthy food samples and a trunk show.

“We are thrilled to have brought together some of the area’s best health businesses,” said Maria Lastoria, executive director of The Residences at Wingate. “People will be able to try new things so that they can create a fresh perspective on fitness and healthier habits this fall.”

During Fall Into Fitness, attendees will be able to partake in two fitness classes. From 5:45–6 p.m., Total Fitness in 15 Minutes with Meagen Springer, MPT, The Residences at Wingate’s new personal trainer and Yoga for All Ages & Fitness Levels with HYP Instructor, Laura Villalobos. In addition, throughout the entire event, individuals will be able to samples juices, smoothies and food from Stacy’s Juicebar and try and buy activewear from lucy.
