Tocci's webinar followed an April 17 presentation on the Payroll Protection Program by attorney Mark Reilly. Those materials also are available online.

Tocci's presentation addressed some of the questions employers have about how to ensure compliance with the FFCRA, which became effective on April 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2020. The webinar also addressed issues relating to employee terminations, lay-offs and furloughs and the impact on unemployment benefits.
Tocci is a Dedham resident who manages the employment and litigation practice at Tocci & Lee, LLC. He volunteered his time and expertise to share guidance and interpretation provided by the Department of Labor to employers and employees.
