Dedham Building Dept. Still Accepting Permits

Although the Dedham Building Dept. offices are closed, it is accepting applications by mail for all Building, Mechanical and other permits.

DEDHAM, MA — Dedham's Building Department is still accepting permit applications. The offices are closed to the public, but the department is accepting applications by mail for all Building, Mechanical, Sign, Plumbing, Gas Fitting and Electrical permits.

Applications can be mailed to: Building Dept. P.O. Box 306, Dedham, MA 02027

Applications are also being accepted --during normal business hours--at the rear entrance to the Town Hall. You can call the office, (781) 751-9180 and someone will meet you at the back door, and you can drop off the application.

All applications must include a check is made payable to the Town of Dedham in the amount for the permit fee. More information can be found on Dedham's website.
