Dedham Chick-fil-A Gets An Opening Date
The new restaurant is located on Route 1 North in the parking lot of Ocean State Job Lot.

DEDHAM, MA — Chicken sandwiches and waffle fries will soon be available at the new Chick-fil-A on Route 1 in Dedham.
The store announced Tuesday that their newest location will open Oct. 5. The location will be the eighth in the state. Chik-fil-A currently operates restaurants in Burlington, Peabody, Framingham, Westborough, Seekonk, Hyannis, and Chicopee.
The Dedham spot will be operated by Vermont native Chad Sargent and is a product of Villanova University. Previously, he was a senior project manager for Suffolk Constructions. The move to own their own restaurant came after him and his wife Kecia first step foot in a Chick-fil-A.

“We are thrilled to call Dedham our new home,” Sargent said in a release. “Kecia and I are beyond excited for the opportunity to open the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Dedham and become part of such a terrific community. We look forward to introducing Chick-fil-A to our neighbors and to serving our customers great food with remarkable hospitality.”
Chick-fil-A, located in the parking lot of Ocean State Job Lot, will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Like all other locations, it will be closed on Sundays.
