Dedham Choral Society Open Rehearsals

Dedham Choral Society, a 90-member premier community chorus based in Dedham, is looking for singers to join our group this fall! DCS prides itself not only on singing a wide variety of choral works in the original language and with the original orchestration, but on being a “musical family” by fostering a supportive network of social relationships. We rehearse on Wednesdays from 7:30 - 10:00 p.m. at allin church (683 High Street, Dedham) and perform concerts twice per year, in West Roxbury in December and at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall in Boston in April. The first 2 rehearsals are designated “open rehearsals” for prospective new members to join in singing with us and to schedule and audition with our music director. Our next open rehearsals are on September 9 and 16, 2015 for our December 4 concert, “Joyeux Noel,” a holiday program of works by French composers including Saint-saens and Faure.
