The Dedham Community House is bringing Ultimate Disc to Dedham

What is Ultimate? Ultimate is a not-so-new, fast-growing and fast-moving field sport played with a flying disc. Show off your skills in a game that combines the passing and scoring of football, the cutting and guarding of basketball, and the non-stop movement of soccer. Every Ultimate player is actively involved throughout the course of play since each player constantly acts as a quarterback, receiver, and a defender.

This fall the Dedham Community House is introducing this exciting sport to its ever-growing slate of programs. No experience? No problem! Beginning October 15th players, 9 to 11 years old will learn the skills and rules necessary to enjoy the sport competitively or recreationally.
