Dedham High Has Two New Track Champions
Jack McCorrison (110 meter hurdles) and Ellen Maslasky (high jump) were champions at Sunday's Division 4 meet at North Reading High.
Dedham High's Jack McCorrison had a huge day at the Division 4 track meet Sunday at North Reading High.
The junior won the 110 meter hurdles in 15:31 and grabbed fourth place finishes in the triple jump (21 feet, 5 inches, and triple jump (42 feet, 6.50 inches) as Dedham was ninth overall with 28 points.

On the girls' side, senior Ellen Masalsky won the javelin with a toss of 114 feet, while Kerianne Downing cleared four feet, 10 inches in the high jump for Dedham's point total.
Ursuline Academy won the girls' meet iwth 81 points, while Dedham was 21st.

In the boys' meet, Dedham was ninth overall with 28 points as Weston took the title with 59.50 points.
