Dedham High School Outstanding Alumni Nominations for 2014-2015

The Outstanding Alumni Selection Committee announces the acceptance of nominations for Dedham High School graduates who deserve to be recognized for the significant contributions that they have made to the community and/or society. Presentations are made annually on Senior Class Evening at Dedham High School to at least two honorees. Alumni chosen receive a plaque upon which is set a photograph of the recipient and a description of his/her meritorious service. A matching plaque is mounted for display in the Dedham High School foyer.

To nominate an individual for the Outstanding Alumni Award, you need to do the following:
1. Be certain that the nominee has graduated from Dedham High School at least ten years ago

2. Provide the Committee with a written endorsement that states why you feel that this individual deserves recognition

3. Forward your nomination materials to:
