Dedham Official Accused Of Stealing RI Condo Fees
Dedham's vice chair of the Board of Assessors is accused of stealing more than $50,000 in condo fees and under investigation.
DEDHAM, MA — Cheryl Dever Sullivan, Dedham's vice chair of the Board of Assessors is accused of stealing more than $50,000 in condo fees in Rhode Island. According to Boston 25 News, Sullivan was hired as a property manager for a condominium association in Rhode Island and is accused of stealing funds and using at least part in a Planiville casino.
There are no charges against Sullivan and she has not been arrested.
Sullivan was sworn into Dedham's Board of Assessors in 2018. The town told Boston 25 News that they are looking into the allegations and are aware that the conduct in question is not related to work with the town.

The condo association she worked with was the River Island condominiums in Woonsocket, R.I., but the case is open in Plainville, RI.
