Dedham Police Adds New Officer

DEDHAM, MA — A new Dedham police officer is now walking the beat in town.

Officer Meghan Jenkins was sworn in by Town Clerk Paul Munchbach Thursday morning. She will work with field training officer Ken Ellis, according to the Dedham Police Department.

Jenkins is a graduate of the 27th Recruit Officer Class at the Reading Police Academy. She earned the Defensive Tactics Award which was presented to her at her graduation ceremony.
