Dedham Police Log: Racing ATVs, Larceny, and More

The following is from the Dedham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

December 23

11:30 p.m. - During a paid detail at Legacy Place, a vehicle near Whole Foods Market was parked in a handicap spot with the handicap placard face down. The driver told police that the card was her mother’s and she was not with her. The card, which was expired, was confiscated and a citation was issued.

10:20 a.m. -Rafel Gregory 21, and Anfel Rivera, 21, were arrested at Sears on Route 1 and charge with larceny over $250.

12:15 a.m. - Police received a report of a disturbance or possible fight on Whiting Street. A witness told police that during a Christmas party, the guests heard motorcycles and ATVs racing up the street. The person was then attacked. Another person next door also told police that people were racing up and down the street. The witnesses were advices of the process of seeking a criminal complaint.

9:57 p.m. - An attempted tire robbery was reported on Allied Drive.

December 26

1:39 p.m. - A person at Legacy Place told police that the frame to a chair was missing from the bed of his pickup truck.
