Dedham Restaurant Profiled by Phantom Gourmet

DEDHAM, MA — With "mile high" nachos, wings with Big Dog Sauce, and New Orleans shrimp, it's not hard to see why The Village Manor was profiled by the Phantom Gourmet.

Located at 427 Sprague St., near the Hyde Park line, the show couldn't get enough of the nachos which features five types of melted cheese. Co-owner Joe Gaffey said they layer the plate with nachos, pile on the cheese, add another layer with cheese, and sometimes a third layer.

Other signature dishes include their wings dipped in Big Dog Sauce, New Orleans Shrimp served in a spicy Cajun broth, and The Best Damn Pastrami Sandwich.
