Dedham Select Board Approves Annual Goals

At its meeting on Thursday night, the Select Board voted 5-0 to approve annual goals that its members had created in collaboration with Town Manager Leon Goodwin earlier this year.

The individual goals are grouped into into four focus areas:

1. Improve Communication and Increase Transparency;
2. Support Modern Governance, Enhance Intragovernment Relations, and Foster a Culture of Excellence;
3. Maintain and Improve Financial Health and Stability of Community; and
4. Continue to Improve Community Facilities, Resources, and Amenities.
