Dedham Storm Update: Power Nearly Restored

DEDHAM, MA — Friday's storm left behind a trail of damage across the area and Dedham was no exception.

As of 11:40 p.m. Saturday, a small percentage of the homes the town is without power, leaving 226 homes in the dark, according to the Eversource outage map. That is down from nearly 1,500.

The Dedham Police Department urges residents to remain away from downed wires, trees, and poles. Some traffic lights have been impacted by the storm and there may be some small debris on the road, police said.
