Dedham Town Seeks Volunteer To Serve On Building, Planning & Construction Committee
The Committee needs an individual with professional expertise in the construction industry to serve a 3-year term.

Town Manager Leon Goodwin is soliciting volunteers to apply for a vacancy on the Building, Planning & Construction Committee (BPCC).

The BPCC surveys the growth and building needs of the Town, examines the physical condition of all existing town buildings, and determines the need for additions or renovations of existing buildings or for the construction of new buildings for the Town.
The Committee needs an individual with professional expertise in the construction industry to serve a 3-year term. The BPCC consists of seven members appointed by the Town Manage. Other members include a member of the Planning Board, a registered professional engineer or architect, an attorney, and three at-large members.

Generally, the BPCC meets once each month.
