Driver Of Vehicle That Damaged Dedham Field Identified
The extent of the damage won't be known until the snow melts, the parks and recreation department said.

DEDHAM, MA — The driver who performed donuts across Mary Sugrue Field earlier this month has been identified
On Dec. 12, a parks and recreation department employee told police that someone drove a vehicle onto the field at the Dolan Center two days earlier. Surveillance footage showed an SUV driving in a circular motion over the field but the license plate could not be seen due to the angle.
A Facebook post from the Dedham Parks and Recreation Department states that the damage will remain unknown until the snow melts.

"We have had a very good year renovating 4 fields. The new Gonzalez field being our latest. It’s very disappointing to see how some people vandalize these fields," the Facebook post read.
On Tuesday, the department announced that they have identified the vehicle and the person responsible for this incident. Their name has not been released.
