“Empty Bowls” Event to Fight Hunger

Noble and Greenough School will host Empty Bowls at Nobles—a fundraising initiative to help address local and global hunger issues. Guests are invited to select from an array of handcrafted ceramic bowls and enjoy a meal of soup and bread. In exchange for a suggested donation of $10 per guest, attendees may keep the bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world. All proceeds will benefit the Dedham Food Pantry.

The Empty Bowls project was developed by the nonprofit organization Imagine/RENDER Group to raise funds and awareness for hunger relief through art projects. Numerous Empty Bowls events have been held throughout the United States and in several countries around the world. For more information, please visit http://www.emptybowls.net.
