Fairbanks Garden Club to Hold Garden of Trees Raffle

The Fairbanks Garden Club will be holding its first "Garden of Trees" raffle as part of the Dedham Holiday Stroll on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Ten beautifully themed decorated Christmas trees will be on display in the lobby of the Dedham Community Theatre. Holiday Stroll shoppers will be able to take chances on which tree they would like to take home with them. Not only do the winners get the tree, but also the great items under each tree will go home with the lucky winners.

Raffle tickets will go on sale at 6:00 pm and the drawing for the trees will start at 7:45. Volunteers will call the lucky winners who must answer their phone when the call is placed. If there is no answer another raffle ticket will be drawn. Winners must be able to pick up their tree by 8:15 pm.

Some of the themed trees have been sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Thanks to Kerry Hawkins Design and Photography, Friends of the Dedham Public Library, Riverdale Friends and Dedham Square Circle for their support of the Garden of Trees.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Fairbanks Garden Club's Dedham High School Student Scholarship Fund.
