Friends of Dedham Civic Pride to host Beer & Wine Tasting

The Friends of Dedham Civic Pride will be hosting the 6th Annual Beer and Wine Tasting at the Endicott Estate on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm.

Proceeds from this fun event will be used to support the programs of Dedham Civic Pride and to underwrite the cost of the fabulous landscape staff that maintain the Blooms flower pots and Sponsor-A-Spot sites. This year the landscape staff have added 6 new garden areas on Route 1 near the entrance to the Dedham Mall. This fall the landscape staff is working with The Friends of the Dedham Library remove the overgrown, scraggily plants at the entrance of the Main Library on Church Street.

Guests at the event will be able to sample world class wines from Fine Estates of Spain and IPA’s from local beer brewers. Tasty appetizers and finger foods will be provided by Wegman’s Supermarkets and other local businesses. There will also be some great prizes on the raffle table including fleece sports blankets made by Corrinne Tranni, one of the members of the committee, a coffee basket with gift cards to local coffee hot spots; a tailgating bag and an item from Décor and More in Westwood.
