Healthy-Concept Restaurant sweetgreen Coming To Legacy Place

DEDHAM, MA — A new restaurant promoting healthy dishes is coming to Legacy Place.

Thursday night, the selectmen approved the common victualler license for sweetgreen. An opening date was not given, but restaurant expects to open later this year, according to the Legacy Place website.

Representatives for sweetgreen said the fast-casual restaurant offer salads and bowls as part of their healthy concept food offerings.

"There's a huge demand for that here and I think you're going to do well. I saw the sign at Legacy Place and I'm very excited to come and visit," Chairman Dennis Teehan said.

When it opens, sweetgreen will have hours of 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
