Here's The 2017-18 Dedham Schools Calendar

DEDHAM, MA — We may be months away from the end of the school year but next year's calendar is all set and approved.

The Dedham School Committee signed off on the 2017-18 school calendar this week. Staff will return to school on Sept. 1, with students coming back Sept. 6, two days after Labor Day.

The only noticeable change is a half-day on the final day before Winter Vacation. Students will get to leave early on Dec. 22. The change is a one-year trial and is not set for future school years, Superintendent Michael Welch said.

February Vacation will take place Feb. 19-23 and April Vacation is scheduled for April 16-23. If there are no snow days, the last day of school will be June 18 and June 25 if there are five snow days.
