7:09 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, a driver was issued a summons for operating with a suspended license and speeding.
6:02 p.m. - A driver stated that while in front of the red light near T.G.I. Friday’s, a motor vehicle struck the back of her car. She said the other car continued southbound and did not stop.

9:02 a.m. - An East Street resident reported a woman who drives through the neighborhood and honks her car horn at about 8:30 a.m., waking up and disturbing residents. The driver informed police that she was honking to her friends in the area and would stop.

6:52 a.m. - During a traffic stop on High Street, a driver was cited for operating without insurance.
