Icy Conditions Lead to Several Crashes in Dedham
Two police cruisers were struck while responding to crashes.

DEDHAM, MA — Several car crashes this morning has the Dedham Police Department reminding drivers to take it slow on the roads.
The icy road conditions caused multiple crashes across town. As of 8 a.m., 11 crashes were reported and two Dedham police cruisers were struck while responding to crashes, police said.
"Please use caution on untreated surfaces like stairs, walkways and sidewalks," the Dedham Police Department wrote on Facebook.

No serious injuries were reported in any of the crashes.
Low temperatures and freezing rain led to the poor conditions this morning. The good news is that the temperature should reach the 50s this afternoon, before coming back down Thursday.
