Interim Dedham Middle School Principal Leaving For Norwood Job

NORWOOD, MA — Norwood only needed to look two towns away to find their new Coakley Middle School principal.

Margo Fraczek, the interim principal of Dedham Middle School, announced in a letter to parents in Dedham that she has accepted a position as the new Coakley Middle School Principal. She served as an interim principal in Dedham following the reassignment of Debra Gately.

"I wish to thank all of you for providing me with such a supportive place to grow and develop as an administrator. I came to you straight out of college with no administrative experience. You have worked with and supported me through all the growing pains inherent in a new position. I know that I have gained skills and seen successes because of this community. The Dedham Community is a vibrant and exciting place to work and I have enjoyed being a part of the change and development that has occurred during my time here," Fraczek wrote in a letter.

The other two finalists were Jack Cawley, the principal of Kennedy Middle School in Waltham and Cari Perchase, principal of Medway Middle School.
