Invitation For Bids: Replacement Of HVAC Rooftop Units In Dedham

DEDHAM MUCCIACCIO POOL BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT - INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Town of Dedham's Facilities Department is seeking sealed bids to remove and replace existing HVAC rooftop units and associated systems per plans and specifications at the Dedham Mucciaccio Town Pool located at 1 Recreation Road in Dedham, MA.

Please note that plans and specifications will be available electronically starting on Wednesday August 12, 2020 after 9:00am upon written request by emailing BLW Engineers at bidding@blwengineers.com

Copies of the FORM FOR GENERAL BID are available at no cost.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit on Wednesday August 19, 2020 at 2:30pm at the Dedham Mucciaccio Town Pool, 1 Recreation Road, Dedham, MA. It is imperative that all prospective bidders have a representative in attendance. Please note that site visit attendees will be required to wear their own masks and gloves and maintain a six foot distance from each other.

The filed sub-bids will be opened in the Dedham Facilities Office, Dedham High School, 100 Whiting Avenue, Dedham, MA 02026 on August 26, 2020 at 1:00pm.

General Bids will be opened on September 2, 2020 at 1:00pm at the same location. Each Bid and filed sub-bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.

Please note that work on this project must be completed no later than December 15, 2020.
