9:12 a.m. - Slashed tires to a vehicle was reported at Tex’s BBQ on Sprague Street. The suspect was caught on camera.

12:15 p.m. - Diego Torres was charged at Loew’s on Route 1 with larceny over $250 by single scheme.

August 20

12:21 a.m. - Police responded to Washington Street for a report of a disturbance. Joseph Shanahan, 53, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with disturbing the peace.

1:01 a.m. - Steven Watcher, 29, was arrested on Jersey Street and charged with possession of burglarious instruments, attempting to commit a crime, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and allowing a vehicle on a public way without registration.
