Learn to Skate & Intro to Hockey Program - Starts this Sunday at Nobles
Registration for Dedham Youth Hockey’s Introduction to Hockey and Learn to Skate sessions will be held at the Noble and Greenough rink prior to the start of each session on Sunday, November 9th (first session) and January 18th (second session).
These programs run in two nine week sessions and are open to boys and girls of all ages. Tuition for each nine week session will be $100 which is due on the first day of each session. Anyone registering for both sessions on or before November 10th will receive a $50 discount. All sessions are to be held at the Noble & Greenough School Campus at the Flood Rink.
Intro to Hockey 12:30 PM-1:30 PM
Experienced skaters will focus on skills consisting of skating, stick handling, and shooting for the 1st session. The 2nd session will consist of games for 9 weeks.
Learn to Skate 1:30 PM-2:30 PM
The learn to skate session will be skating instruction consisting of balancing, gliding/striding, turning, and stopping.
All skaters must register with USA Hockey, and must bring a copy of the USA hockey registration confirmation to the rink on the first.
