MA State Police: Trump Meme 'Like' Was An Accident
Someone overseeing the Massachusetts State Police Twitter account liked a meme President Trump posted about himself as he faces impeachment.

Someone handling the Massachusetts State Police Twitter account "accidentally" liked a meme that President Donald Trump tweeted about himself this week as he faces impeachment. The viral meme shows a picture of Trump with the text, "In reality they're not after me, they're after you. I'm just in the way." The tweet garnered more than 400,000 likes and counting as of Friday morning.
The like on the Massachusetts State Police Twitter account was quickly removed, and spokesperson David Procopio told the Boston Herald it was an accident. The only people who have access to the Twitter account work in the media relations unit, he added.
"It had nothing to do with politics or partisanship," Procopio told the Herald, adding that the department does not have a track record of engaging in politics over social media.
