Movement Meditation at Motherbrook
Tai Chi classes at Motherbrook Arts Community Center. 12 week session begins Thurs. September 8 at 6:00 PM.
Tai Chi is a gentle, effective exercise designed to improve balance, stamina and concentration. No special equipment or attire required. All welcome, no matter what age or physical condition. Instructor, Dana Buck, with over 20 years of experience, teaches with an emphasis on individual progress and safety, as well as proper alignment and the philosophy of Tai Chi.
