The Dedham Community House (DCH) is happy to announce a new collaboration with the Starr Yoga studio in Roslindale that will bring Starr Barre classes to Dedham this fall!
Starr Barre brings together techniques borrowed from yoga, pilates, ballet and strength training to help you lengthen, tone and sculpt your entire physique. This full-body workout safely intersperses stretching throughout strengthening routines. DCH and Starr Barre are excited to partner to bring this increasingly popular exercise phenomenon to Dedham.
Two classes will be offered in 8-week sessions on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning the week of September 28th. Next week there will be two free trial classes available, one on Monday, 9/21 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm and one on Saturday, 9/26 from 8:00 - 9:00 am. Space is limited to 12 students per class so act fast. Classes will be held at the Dedham Community House, 671 High Street, Dedham and will be taught by instructors from the Starr Yoga studio.

The Dedham Community House is a 93-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the recreational, education, cultural and civic interests of residents of all ages of Dedham and surrounding communities.
