Preschool Applications Now Being Accepted for 2015-16
Applications must be postmarked by Nov. 26.

The application period for the 2015-16 preschool year at the Dedham Early Childhood Education Center opened on Nov. 1.
The application is available on the Dedham Public Library website or by clicking this link. Preschool acceptance is determined via a lottery, which will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 3. All applications must be postmarked by Nov. 26 in order for the applicant to be included in the lottery.
Tuition rates have not yet been determined for the 2015-16 school year, but the current year’s rates are as follows: two half-days per week costs $1,053 for the year; three half-days per week costs $1,580 for the year; five half-days per week costs $2,633 for the year; and five full days costs $6,318. There is currently a nonrefundable $75 fee due at the time of registration.

Anyone interested in learning more about the 2015-16 pre-K and kindergarten programs is invited to an information session Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at the ECEC. Principal Paul M. Sullivan and other ECEC staff members will be on hand for the discussion.
The kindergarten application period will open Dec. 1.
