Purple Carrot Meal Kits Now for Sale at Dedham Whole Foods Market

DEDHAM, MA — Boston-based Purple Carrot's first venture into store distribution will take place in Dedham.

The vegan kit meal company announced that they will sell boxes of pre-measured ingredients in local Whole Foods stores, starting with three recipes in the Dedham location this week. Previously, the company has used an e-commerce subscription model, according to the Boston Globe.

The three offerings will be boxes of Mongolian seitan stir fry, pan seared tofu and black rice noodles, and cashew korma with cauliflower rice. All three will sell for $19.99 and are slightly cheaper than the delivery cost.
