Revised Sewer Regulation In Dedham Will Be Effective From September 1

The revised sewer regulations were approved by the Town Manager on August 3.

As a result of the Town adopting the new Private Infiltration Removal Policy, the current version of the Town's Sewer Regulations needed to be updated to include the new policy. The updated regulations also include house keeping updates such as changing "Town Administrator to "Town Manager", updates to Section 5.0.8 Sewer Permit Process, updates to Section 5.1.4 Grease Traps and an update to our fee schedule.

The revised sewer regulations were approved by the Town Manager on 8/3/20, but will not become effective until September 1, 2020. This was done to provide time for contractors and residents to become familiar with the updated regulations. Please click here to download the updated regulations.
