SoulCycle Bringing Workouts to Dedham
The chain of spin studios opens their Legacy Place location Saturday.
DEDHAM, MA — Starting Saturday, cardio meets a party environment at Legacy Place.
SoulCycle, known for their exercise routines set to high-energy music, will open in Dedham with a grand opening on May 6. The studio is located between Express and the currently under construction Cafe Nero.
Dedham will be SoulCycle's fifth Massachusetts location with studios in Chestnut Hill, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the Seaport.

SoulCycle, co-founded by Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice, started in 2006 with its first location in New York City. The company says it "combines a mental component of inspirational coaching, with great music and a full-body workout on the bike" using the SoulCycle Method.
When it opens, SoulCycle will operate 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday.
