Steve Marchena - History of Guitar Styles:

Steve Marchena will be taking us through a History of Guitar Styles on Saturday, March 14th at 8:00 p.m., at Saint Susanna Parish. This event is a multimedia performance based guitar music education event! Steve said, “Although strumming simple open chords is the approach most commonly associated with “modern” guitar playing, it barely scratches the surface as to what is possible with this amazing and comprehensive instrument.” Maestro Andres Segovia, “The guitar is a small orchestra. It is polyphonic. Every string is a different color, a different voice.” Come and be apart of one of Steve Marchena’s most ambitious Good Art Series events to date! The event is free and all are welcome. This is a wonderful way to support our local musicians, develop community, and have a great time all in one!
