Stolen Vehicle, 2nd OUI, and More: Dedham Police Log
The following is from the Dedham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

April 15
12:27 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Whiting Avenue, Pierre Augustave, 31, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license.
1:55 a.m. - Jason Theriault, 38, was arrested on Bridge Street and charged with marked lanes violation, speeding, operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), and drinking from an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

9:32 p.m. - An officer on Border Street observed a vehicle traveling above the speed limit. As the vehicle approached, the officer moved over to the right and hit his air horn to signal the operator to slow down. The officer then observed the vehicle stop at an intersection and then accelerate again. After the officer found the vehicle in a driveway, a citation was issued but the person refused to accept it. It was handed to the driver’s mother.

Multiple vehicles were entered overnight in Riverdale and one vehicle was reported stolen. A key may have been left inside the stolen vehicle, police said. Residents are reminded to lock personal vehicles at all times and do not leave any valuables or keys inside vehicles.
