Suspect Arrested In Dedham Elderly Robbery Case
A suspect in a months-long investigation into an attack inside a Dedham office building was arraigned Friday morning.

DEDHAM, MA — A suspect in a months-long investigation into an attack inside a Dedham office building was arraigned Friday morning.
Willie Nolen was ordered heldon $50,000 cash bail during an appearance in Dedham District Court, according to WFXT.
On April 5, police were called to 30 Eastbrook Rd., an office building near the Dedham Mall. Upon arrival, officers were met by a 69-year-old man who said that he was robbed by another male as he stepped into an elevator in the building. The victim said the man fled with his wallet.

Records show that Nolen was a suspect in two similar cases, but was not charged. In 2008, he was charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery on a person over 60.
This time, police appear to have a stronger case and say they have video footage connecting Nolen to the incidence.
