This summer, The Blue Bunny Bookstore will be trying a new way to get kids' creative juices flowing. We will be hosting a Creativity Academy with something new for kids every day! The program will last from July 14th through August 15th every weekday, Monday-Friday, from noon-2 p.m. Children entering grades 2-6 are invited to attend each themed week on a daily or weekly basis, including classes with a different activity in art or drama every day. The cost is $15/class, or you can buy a voucher good for 5 classes for $50. 5-class vouchers can be split among different weeks. Pre-register or drop-in until spaces are filled. Themes are as follows:
July 14 - July 18 / Ancient Myths and Legends
July 21 - July 25 / Disney Stories
July 28 - Aug 1 / World Travelers
Aug 4 - Aug 8 / Creature Feature
Aug 11 - Aug 15 / Egyptian Treasure Hunt
Blue Bunny's Creativity Academy will be be facilitated by Kirsten Mulrenan, a recent graduate of the Noble & Greenough School. A resident of Needham, Kirsten will be attending Skidmore College beginning in the fall where she plans to major in Theatre.
