Turf Field Vandalism, Shoplifting: Dedham Police Log

December 11

12:11 p.m. - A walk-in at the police station told police that someone made over $760 in fraudulent charges with his ATM card.

6:37 p.m. - A shoplifting incident was reported at the L.L. Bean store at Legacy Place.

7:04 p.m. - A shoplifting incident was reported at Victoria’s Secret at Legacy Place.

December 12

1:13 p.m. - A parks and recreation department employee told police that someone drove a vehicle onto Mary Sugrue Field. Surveillance footage showed an SUV driving in a circular motion over the field but the license plate could not be seen due to the angle.

2:45 p.m. - A driver on Mt Vernon Street was issued a citation for operating with a revoked license (habitual offender).
