1 cup chopped, toasted pistachios

1/2 cup Craisins
6oz maple cider dressing
Preparation: Combine all ingredients.
Maple Cider Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cups olive oil
1/2 cup chopped sage
Preparation:
Combine cider vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice and mustard in a bowl.
Whisk in olive oil. Add chopped sage and season with salt and pepper.
