• Lawyer suing pro se may recoup fees in suit over Amazon delivery gone bad (masslawyersweekly.com) — A Dighton lawyer and his wife just won a key ruling that could let them recover attorneys’ fees from Amazon after a delivery van allegedly tore up their gravel driveway during a 2021 snowstorm. The Massachusetts Appeals Court said self-represented attorneys can seek fees under Chapter 93A, and sent the case back to determine whether Amazon’s earlier $500 settlement offer was reasonable.
