• More Than 1,000 Acres Protected In Massachusetts (northeastexplorer.com) — A large swath of land along the Dover–Westwood border, including trails many Dover residents already use, is now permanently protected through new conservation restrictions. The Trustees of Reservations and Hale Education have secured protections on 1,109 acres, linking with Powisset Farm and Noanet Woodlands to create over 2,100 acres of contiguous preserved open space for hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor recreation.
