Cruise across the Aegean Sea from Greece to Turkey with Chef Charlotte and indulge in Mediterranean flavors in this hands-on cooking class. Together, we’ll craft pillowy pita bread, char eggplant and tomatoes for zippy vegetarian moussaka, savor the freshness of tabbouleh salad, and roast lemony, herb-studded lamb kofta. This class will take place outside at our wood-fired oven, weather permitting.

- At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
