Book Clubs at the Dover Town Library

Looking for a Book club to join? The DTL hosts several clubs, one of which is sure to fit in with your reading interests! If you don’t see a club that interests you  just let us know.

All book clubs meet in the Library’s Living Room and new members are always welcome to attend any or all of our book clubs!

The Lotus Club

The Lotus Club meets on the first Monday of the month to discuss contemporary and classical Asian literature at 6:00pm. All readings and discussions are in English.

Write Stuff Authors Group

Are you a local author who would like to meet with other authors to share intellectual and artistic insights? Join the library on the first Monday of the month at 2:00pm to meet-up with other local authors and enjoy stimulating conversation over a hot cup of tea.

History Lovers Book Group

The History Lovers Book Group meets on the second Wednesday of the month to discuss selected non-fiction titles at 6:30pm in the living room of the Dover Town Library.

The Library currently moderates a book discussion group in conjunction with the Council on Aging.

The Dover Town Library and the Council on Aging’s PageTurners Book Discussion Group meets the second Thursday of the month to discuss selected fiction and nonfiction titles at 1:00pm at the Dover Town Library.
