DSGS is heading into tomorrows game with a TVL record of 9-3-3. Last Friday, DSGS defeated Ashland 6-0. Monday, DSGS wins against Hopkington 3-0. The team has made post season, but after todays win, this puts Dover-Sherborn Girls Soccer team at 22 points with a deeper and definite post season for Head Coach David Wainwright for the 5th consecutive year in a row. Tomorrows match is against Holliston. Although Medfield is our biggest rival, Holliston is a rival too and they are out for a win!
Today's performances were great with two assists and a goal for (FR) Zoe Oasis with the assist from (SO) Rachel Shone. Senior Captain Jackie Goudreault notched second goal while third goal was notched by (FR) Leah Balmer. Outstanding performances goes out to (SO) Annika Linden in defense, (SR) Sarah Tanner in midfield, (SO) Graydon Wood in defense, (SR) Kasey Huemme who wins tackle after tackle, and our Goalies (JR) Meghan Hall and (SO) Sarah Williams.
